The Global Campus of Human Rights is a globally recognised leader in human rights education and training. With a reach spanning 8 regions, it serves over 6,000 students and participants worldwide, offering diverse programmes that promote human rights and democratisation across the globe. While its headquarters are based in Venice (Italy), the Global Campus operates through regional hubs at universities located in Pretoria, Beirut, Buenos Aires, Bishkek, Yerevan, Sarajevo, and Bangkok, ensuring a truly international presence.

Working at the Global Campus Headquarters in Venice means becoming part of a diverse, dedicated team of 45 professionals from 12 different countries. Our staff is organized into approximately 10 teams, all contributing to educational and advocacy projects that empower young human rights enthusiasts. Each year, we welcome over 500 students and participants to our distinctive 14th-century monastery premises on the Lido Island, just a short waterbus ride from the stunning city of Venice.
